I see clients both virtually and in person, but it takes an experienced provider to be able to effectively teach and train people virtually. Having been in a gym since the age of 15 in addition to my education and experience, I can teach and train any population of people from children to the golden years and I love it!
I have a strong focus on traditional strength training and I like to incorporate cardio like HIIT
