With significant in-person training experience, I know and understand how clients think and feel on any given day and will be able to build a foundation of trust that the client will thrive off of. If a client is truly a good fit, and I am seen as a trustworthy trainer I will be able to push them and hold them accountable giving them a greater opportunity to achieve their goals.
