I’m not just a trainer who has always been fit, who loved to workout, who respected my body through food, telling clients what they should be doing without the experience to back it up. While these coaches are still great, I started where a lot of clients started- overweight, feeling miserable or wanting more, and lacking the direction and guidance to get me there initially. I’ve been on both sides of the equation, the student and the teacher and I feel I have a lot of empathy and emotional understanding to be able to make deeper connections with clients in order to help them find their why and to keep them motivated.
Nothing makes me feel stronger or more empowered than a good resistance workout!
I love variety and lean towards meals that allow for variation! Things like salads, lean bowls, etc.
While I have some faves over others, there’s nothing that’s off the menu for me!
