Meet Coach Seth

My Mission

I’m here to help each of my clients reach his or her personal fitness goals. I encourage people of all ages and abilities to get fit and improve their wellbeing. As your trainer, I will develop an exercise program specifically designed according to your personal health history, needs, limitations, and goals. I will provide motivation, encouragement, and accountability to your exercise program as well as other resources.
