I am a graduate student of human performance through physiology, who outside of personal training clients, I have also had the experience of training first responders, NFL, NBA, Pre-Draft NBA, Pre-Draft NFL, high school athletes, division 1 collegiate athletes, junior Olympic and Olympic athletes. This wide variety of clientele has allowed me a diverse understanding of subjective struggles and strengths. In conjunction with this with my time as a division 1 athlete I understand personally the struggles associated with training and more specifically, being coached.
