I began my fitness journey with high school athletics and quickly found the physical, mental, and emotional benefits to regular exercise. I’ve made it my mission to help others begin, and continue, their journey into fitness and see those same benefits that have helped and empowered me all these years.
My 9 years of hands on training has allowed to me to explore programming and technique for training styles across the board- body building, power lifting, Olympic weightlifting, and cross training. Applying these principles in conjunction with my academic background has allocated great results among my general populations clients and helped them increase their strength, endurance, and confidence in the gym.
