I got into fitness and coaching after sustaining a few injuries in high school and only having strength training to lean on for exercise. I also experienced a lot of bad coaching as a kid, which turned me off to many of the sports I loved. With these two combined, I decided to become the kind of coach I never had, but needed when I was younger. My goal is to show people how strong they can be and to give them the tools to unlock the confidence and happiness that comes from hard work, consistency, and crushing goals.
