Clients should train with me because I understand they want to change. I create personal programs for all of my clients and can work around multiple diseases and health conditions to make sure people are safe while achieving their goals. Also, there is an emotional side that comes with training. Clients are vulnerable and need motivation and to be held accountable. This is essential to begin the change they’re looking for. When training clients, I am there with them no matter how far I may be.
I'd start out with a brisk run followed by squats, deadlifts, and if I'm feeling great, burpees
I love frozen grapes/berries, a nice piece of salmon with spinach as a side, and spaghetti squash.
