My mission is to help increase the quality of life for my clients through workouts. Whether that be to just stay active, lose weight, or even help someone get their first dunk. I want to help you achieve the goals you never thought were possible. I want to help you become the best you by becoming the healthiest you. I began fitness because I loved sports growing up. I even played college ball. However I realized I don't just love sports, I love to work out. I love working out so much that I find myself getting angry when I don't get to work out. Fitness is what I do and if I can help others achieve their fitness goals I am satisfied.
Saraysia's mantra
Clients should train with me because I understand they want to change. I create personal programs for all of my clients and can work around multiple diseases and health conditions to make sure people are safe while achieving their goals. Also, there is an emotional side that comes with training. Clients are vulnerable and need motivation and to be held accountable. This is essential to begin the change they’re looking for. When training clients, I am there with them no matter how far I may be.
