There are so many resources online when it comes to health and fitness that it can become very overwhelming. As a trainer, I educate each of my clients while also challenging them physically and mentally. Health and fitness is not just a physical aspect. It is actually a big mental aspect because you have to say “I can” and when you think you can’t, that’s when I come in and tell you that “you can”. I push my clients to do their best physically and be their best mentally.
My favorite workout is definitely leg and glutes day! It’s my favorite part of the body to grow!
I LOVE eating avocado on top of toast or rice cakes! Add some everything bagel seasoning to it-BOMB!
I’ve grown tired of the regular chicken and broccoli/asparagus/green beans.
