There are so many resources online when researching which is how I obtained so much knowledge. It was very overwhelming because people want results now just like myself but I had to understand (and so will everyone else) that results don’t happen overnight. It is a JOURNEY and it should be embraced because once you reach your goal, it may have and probably will have changed along the way. Having a trainer who can help a client understand the journey is what makes the time worth it.
My favorite workout is definitely leg and glutes day! It’s my favorite part of the body to grow!
I LOVE eating avocado on top of toast or rice cakes! Add some everything bagel seasoning to it-BOMB!
