Assuming a client is a good fit for me. I believe they should train with me rather than someone else because I have the Knowledge, experience, and drive to help feel and look their best and to enjoy the process!!
I love a good leg day!! I would have to say my favorite go-to workout would have to be some deadlift
I love oatmeal, fruit, salmon, Greek yogurt, potatoes, coffee, and air fried Brussel sprouts
warm spinach, salad, bad granola/protein bars.
