In order to be consistent, fitness and health is something that had to be unique to each person. I try my best to help each client find that, not by giving orders but by asking questions to find their perfect fit.
My favorite way to sweat it out is a full-body strength workout, with HIIT intervals mixed in.

Most people are surprised to learn that I hate running. Cycle is absolutely more my thing.
