Having a coach/trainer/mentor is so important for so many reasons. Learning on your own can work for a bit, but you run the risk of doing something incorrectly and there's no one to help you do it properly. I believe I have knowledge and tools that can help people no matter what their goal may be. I've worked with hundreds of people of all backgrounds, body types, goals, and motivation styles.
