There is too much emphasis in the fitness industry about striving for perfection, getting the ‘body of your dreams’. I want to change that mindset to reflect reality while showing you the crazy changes you’ll notice in yourself not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. You’ll notice you’re having so much fun doing all things you thought you couldn’t, or things that were difficult are now so much more manageable. I want to work with you to make the gym a positive place for you and starting point for a new habits you might not even realize you’re making. I have always been around fitness, but I have also always struggled with alcohol abuse. It wasn’t until I leaned into health and fitness that I found peace and a true passion for taking care of myself. The flip side was an aversion to some of the things that threatened my health and longevity. I know first hand that when you are physically and mentally strong, things aren’t easier, you just get better at handling it.
