To help clients look/feel their best internally/externally. I once dated a professional bodybuilder. He inspired me to workout. One day I decided to make a change in people's lives by becoming a personal trainer. I have a friend who convinced me to watch her compete in a sprint triathlon. 6 month later, I signed up for 2 and have been doing so ever since. I loved it so much, I continued racing. I became truly inspired by watching her running in a full marathon that I signed up for one in December and February.
