    My mission is to help my clients achieve their overall health goals, whether that means improving body composition, optimizing athletic performance, or both. My inspiration is showing my daughters that being active and eating well are core to a healthy lifestyle.

I know what it takes to make fast, healthy meals on sports night; I know how to maximize exercise with limited time available; and I can be your encouragement when times get tough.

    HITT training focuses on strength training. Less than 30-minute workouts.

    I am not picky - I like all types of foods. I love to cook - all foods allowed in moderation.

    I competed in two figure competitions years ago. This lead me to become a dietitian.
