As someone who is currently still in school and constantly learning, growing, and improving my knowledge of fitness and the human body I can provide a fresh perspective. I have also spent many years in many different sports and have a great understanding of different coaching styles and diverse ways to maintain and support the body for its many different uses.
Depending on how I’m feeling, my go-to workouts would either be barre or weightlifting
I love fresh fruits and smoothies, celery with peanut butter, and a good chicken souvlaki dinner
I hate tomatoes, avocados, eggplant and meals with no flavor. Healthy food can still taste GREAT!

My favorite workout music depends on my mood, but it’s usually rock or EDM
I went from training for the Pan-Am games in rhythmic gymnastics to playing rugby
