My Mission

I was a semi-professional soccer player, played for team Canada and a few B teams across Europe. Once my career was finished, I tried to find a new passion. Eventually, I fell in love with fitness! Years later, I opened up my pt gym called "Aestallion" here in London, which was sold in 2022.
