The key to maintaining a good relationship with clients is to be their personal cheerleader and motivator. Training with me will not only get my clients to reach their goals, but they will leave each session feeling seen and heard. They will know their sessions with me matter to me and I am here to help them win in their goals! I always come bearing a smile and a peppy “you can do it” attitude.
My favorite go-to workout, or gym day of the week is definitely a heavy leg day.
Potato and sausage curry over rice is a favorite go-to healthy meal of mine. My kids even love it!
I haven’t come across a healthy food I hate. I just add more sauce or seasoning if it’s too bland.
