I was an athlete for most of my life, but I didn't start to become toned until this year. I have increased my knowledge base on what workouts are the most beneficial depending on body types, and how nutrition and stress levels affect weight loss and achieving fitness goals. I will put in the work to determine the best methods to help individuals achieve their goals, and work with them with a holistic approach to assist there whole being.
My favorite workout is a weight training session followed by light cardio.
I am obsessed with sliced apples dipped in peanut butter-dark chocolate yogurt with flax seeds:)
I absolutely hate fish of any kind, tomatoes, and avocado:(

I love listening to hip-hop/R&B with the occasional pop music thrown in there.
I have the record for the most push-ups done during gym class at my high school (61).
