A client should train with me over the other options listed because I truly take my time to listen to the goals they want to accomplish and personalize each and every program as much as I can to fit their wants and needs. I build great rapport with clientele and allow them to be vocal about their thoughts on the programming and explain/change things accordingly.
My go-to workout is a good strength workout followed by some conditioning.
I could live off of fruits and greek yogurt.
I dislike protein shakes
