Prior to starting my fitness journey, I used to think fitness was such a horrible lifestyle of lifting heavy weights when all you wanted to do was stay in bed, or just eating salads and anything green all the time. Now that I am a year into my journey as a certified trainer, I realize it is quite the opposite, but I still empathize with those who are unsure about taking a huge leap with a trainer. My goal is to make sure every single person knows that I once started where they were, and I think training with me would help them realize I was just an ordinary person whose life completely changed from fitness and understanding the exact science of how to change your body without completely having to give up those extra hours of sleep, or that one slice of cake!
