What inspires me about fitness is the way it makes me feel. I want to be a good role model for my family and friends. I have had the opportunity to see the strength and beauty of the human body, and I want to continue improving myself as well as helping others feel their best self. Finding a healthy lifestyle is so rewarding and is something you can do/maintain for life. Always remember to believe in yourself and that your body is capable of anything; never give up!
