Legs. I love heavy leg days! Squats, lunges, leg press, hip thrusters, and sprints are a go-to.
Currently loving carrots and/or sweet peppers with red pepper hummus.
Broccoli. Unless its mixed in with other vegetables, I dread seeing it on my plate.
