My mission is to help clients find some physical activity(s) they enjoy, that inspires them, gets them into shape, and that helps them become a better version of themselves. Life is about enjoying your time on Earth and being able to see, do, accomplish, and make as many memories as possible. Remember you only have one body, so treat it as a temple.
I am not your typical personal training coach that is all about restricting calories, working out till you drop, and solely focusing on losing weight. There is no one way to become physically active and or lose weight. It is unique to each individual. What I have done with my previous athletes is have an overall game plan, then adjust to each person's needs. Life happens that causes you to not be able to workout some weeks and or adhere to your food plan. The core principle to my training and coaching philosophy is to 1. Work hard and try your best. 2. Believe in yourself and your capabilities 3. Enjoy what you are doing.
