Meet Coach Sage

My Mission

I have spent the better part of 10 years in and around the fitness industry. There is an over abundance of information in the fitness world, and it isn’t all the truth. I’ve tried and failed on my own fitness journey many times, and failing can be incredibly disheartening. My mission is to take the likelihood of failing away from people by giving them sustainable and real ways to achieve the fitness level they want to reach for the rest of their lives. Watching clients grow physically and mentally is what drives me to do this. The excitement they get from hitting a milestone on weight loss or muscle gain can’t be replicated. It lights up my heart and keeps me coming back to help as many people as I can.

Every victory should be celebrated, no matter how small. Each one gets you closer to your goals!
