A go to workout for me is doing legs. I love working my legs and abs, and also doing lots of cardio.
A healthy food I enjoy is definitely salad that has feta cheese or any type of seafood.

I don’t really listen to music just because I like to work on my mental strength during a workout.
I am bilingual, but I do not look like I speak Spanish lol.. And I also can barely do a push-up:(
