I also have experience training people from ages 6-65 so I have a broad spectrum of clients that have different limits and capacities. To add onto that I wouldn’t just be labeled as a trainer either, I actually want to get to know the client and develop a bond and only have to talk because of “work”
My go to workouts are more bodybuilding focused (low weight/high reps) along with biking.
Stir Fry’s, Salads, Fruits and Veggies, Protein Bars.
