Everyone is human but everyone has different levels of athletic abilities. Repetitions, sets, progressions, resistance and goals should depend on the ability of the individual, not a generalized concept you might find online or from someone without the experience. I have experience playing at a professional level, training as a professional athlete and knowing all the steps it takes to get there. On top of that, my educational background qualifies me to be be able to give the best advice at a Doctoral level with the knowledge and resources to back it up! I can't wait to continue to show people all over the world what their bodies are capable of!
