My fitness journey gives me the eyes to see and hears to hear what some obstacles are that some clients may face, especially at first, with adhering to an exercise regimen. Sometimes we need to see some momentum in order to stay on task! That combined with my own approach to fitness that leaves clients well rounded leaves me a best fit for beginners, and intermediates or are ready to level up altogether.
1/4 mile or half mile sprints, then hit the weights unless it’s calisthenics or mobility day!
Smoothies with lots of herbs/spices, lean protein sources but most importantly conscious eating
If you come around me with mushrooms.. we may have to reevaluate our friendship?
