My mission is to help people believe that they are capable of more than what they thought was possible and inspire them to maybe achieve the same things that I've done. For instance, I have a friend whose in his 40s that competes in powerlifting simply because he saw me working out one night, deadlifting 500+ pounds ! He never saw anyone in person do something like that in any gym before, and I was the first he ever saw do great things like that !
Anybody currently living today should want to train with me because I am a high energy, hands-on personal trainer who will tell you immediately that your form is all wrong way before you end up hurting yourself. That's one thing that's very difficult for anyone to do on their own. Secondly, I know the key exercises that will help you exercise your entire body in the least amount of time possible as well as isolating the muscles so you can focus on that muscle group throughout the entire workout. Lastly, I know the key machines and calisthenic exercises that will help you put on muscle while shedding away unwanted fat so that way you can kill two birds with one stone.
