My Mission
To systemically improve and educate myself and my clients in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. To make fitness an integrated part of daily life and lifestyle while still living in a balanced way. I started my journey young and have gone through ups and down lasting months to years. Going from skinny to overweight and everywhere in between. Spending many years finding a balance and proper motivation to continue a healthy lifestyle to make progress and still have time for all other aspects of life . My goal as a trainer is to understand each individuals personal goals and challenges, and help find ways to make the many small changes that lead to a lifetime of improved mental and physical well being.

Why Train With Me

I spent most of my life being sedentary and inactive. Until a few years ago I was never concerned about fitness or health until my health really started to decline along with my mental health. I started exercising using tips and knowledge from random websites and social media. I noticed that after some time I wasn't making any progress but I improved mentally and that was enough for me to commit more time to exercise. As time went on I made many mistakes and eventually decided to start learning the proper and correct information from reliable sources such as NASM. In that time I've noticed the impact having the correct knowledge can have. Dedicating myself to learning more and more. While I still have a plethora of knowledge to obtain, I believe I can connect with those who inactive and lost. I was once unaware of the benefits even basic exercise can have on emotional and physical well being. And understand peoples reluctancy to commit time to working out, as well as how to motivate change through the ways I had to motivate myself, and now even friends and family around me.

My go-to workout

Depending on the mood, a favorite is either drop set hammer curls, or a run with periodical sprints

Healthy food I love

Grilled chicken. I’ve learned the right spices and amounts to turn it from bland to a delicacy

Healthy food I hate

Avocados. A great source of healthy fat and it is a popular health good but I hate the texture
