Some People need that accountability. Some people need inspiration from a trainer who has been, in the obesity or out of shape route. So why not have someone who's been where you are trying to go.
I always start my workout doing 35-45mins of cardio. then hitting Legs & Back.
I changed my diet to Plant base a few years ago. I love everything about it. I dont just have one.
I wouldn't say I hate but I'm not a fan of eggplant.

Hip Hop, anything that gets me in the zone to really focus and dominate my workout.
