Most of my clients are localized in a small area where healthy foods are over priced or you can not get them. I offer discounts on meal prepping for all my clients with a new healthy menu each week. I also make it a point to meet with them each week to discuss any physical or emotional blocks that may be hindering there progress. I also set up group activity for my clients that would like to attend so everyone can get more acquainted and talk about there challenges and what motivates them.
Go-to workout is a 30 min HIIT workout that incorporates cardio with body weight strength training.
