I am a lead trainer for a chain of gyms in my hometown. I honestly think the reason I am so successful and the reason people want to work with me is because I am 100% real. I am genuine, fun to be around, and I have walked in their shoes. I have fought through injuries, mental health issues, obesity and have come out the other side of that a stronger and healthier person. I will keep them accountable and motivated, but at the same time I can offer empathy and grace.
Core and mobility work. Followed by a 20-30 min lifting routine with some kettlebells & bike ride!
