My mission is to guide my clients down the pathway to a healthier life and individual self. Losing weight and eating healthy are only the first steps. Coaching and orchestrating a plan to maintain these healthy habits past training is the main thing I want my clients to take away. Culturally, I come from a group of people battling diabetes, high blood pressure, and a host of other diet influenced health issues. My goal is to help individuals all over, from various backgrounds prevent or reverse these health issues. My work will place emphasis on the mental health benefits of exercise, and how it not only improves mood, but is a natural treatment to depression and anxiety, two things I have been able to conquer.
