My goal is to provide a progressive and constantly evolving strength training regimen for people who are looking to live fearlessly and pain-free. Everyday there’s more research that shows how incorporating resistance exercises into our daily life can make us healthier while living longer. And for over 24 years I’ve helped others rediscover their full potential by making my clients’ goals a top priority. I enjoy meeting new clients at their current physical fitness level while encompassing a genuine connection in helping a potential client get better, a process that can’t be achieved using “free information”. There’s also a level of progression that must be respected while safely pushing clients beyond their comfort zone - I am passionate about this process and truly enjoy inspiring others to achieve progress.
