My Mission

I am a dedicated and highly motivated Health and Fitness Professional. Health and Fitness has been a lifelong passion. After receiving very valuable training and education from the International Sports Science Association, I am ready to take my fitness career to the next level. My main goal is to help individuals start living healthier, this can be done by simply being there to motivate. I have experience in the field from my very own weight loss success story that I documented on my blog/website MindSet On Healthy.
