My mission is to develop fitness programs for clients to help them transform their lives through exercise and nutrition. I will motivate clients to overcome barriers and obstacles that are preventing them from achieving their goals. I have had my own fitness highs and lows and became overweight and lethargic, so I know how you feel, and I know the first steps are always the key to success. I believe everyone deserves the right to personal fitness and happiness with themselves, both inside and out. As a dynamic leader, I believe I can motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Do you struggle with balancing work, life, family and training? I have gone from being a trainer to exercise physiologist to PE teacher, Athletic Director and then High School Principal. Through all walks of life, I have worked to promote fitness even in times when I struggled to balance my own work-life-training balance. I can give real-life support to individuals who struggle to find that balance and help them achieve their goals.
