My Mission

My mission is to develop fitness programs for clients to help them transform their lives through exercise and nutrition. I will motivate clients to overcome barriers and obstacles that are preventing them from achieving their goals. I have had my own fitness highs and lows and became overweight and lethargic, so I know how you feel, and I know the first steps are always the key to success. I believe everyone deserves the right to personal fitness and happiness with themselves, both inside and out. As a dynamic leader, I believe I can motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Let's build a rock-solid fitness foundation so you can smash any barriers in your way to achieving your goals. Remember, your body is the only thing you keep for your entire life!

Do you struggle with balancing work, life, family and training? I have gone from being a trainer to exercise physiologist to PE teacher, Athletic Director and then High School Principal. Through all walks of life, I have worked to promote fitness even in times when I struggled to balance my own work-life-training balance. I can give real-life support to individuals who struggle to find that balance and help them achieve their goals.

    Is lifting something heavy. Power-lifting, cross-fit, HIIT are all go-to workouts when heavy :).
