My Mission

My overall mission is to help clients achieve their weight loss and health goals, just as I have achieved mine. I was always a heavier kid, however, at age 19, my weight had gotten so out of control, that I was 310lbs. I knew I had to make a change. Through lifestyle changes, such as increased physical activity, better nutrition, and enhanced eating habits, I was able to reach my original weight loss goal of 160lbs. The process of massive weight loss isn’t easy, and it takes extraordinary discipline and patience, however both the process, and the outcome are more than worth it. Whether you’re trying to lose 10lbs, or 100lbs, the action required is the same, especially for long lasting results. I want clients to not only achieve their dreams, but exceed them. It’s my goal in life to help others become the healthiest version of themselves, just as I have done for myself with my own weight loss transformation.

Why Train With Me

I've been morbidly obese, and severely underweight at different times in my life. For a client trying to lose weight, or gain weight, I would be a good fit because I've been exactly where they've been, and have been able to reach my goals, enabling me to help others with theirs.

My go-to workout

I love doing heavy compound lifts, such as bench pressing, squatting, and of course deadlifting.

Healthy food I love

I love to eat frozen blueberries. I have them with breakfast every single morning.

Healthy food I hate

I am not particularly fond of Brussel sprouts or asparagus. Definitely not my go-to vegetables.

Most people don't believe that I ever used to weigh over 300lbs. Currently I weigh around 180lbs.
