I was the “fat kid” in school until I started weight lifting. No other sports were interesting to me. I like being able to work hard and watch my body change. My most recent journey started at the beginning of covid. I was 305lbs. So heavy I had to hold my breath to tie my shoes. I knew things had to change. I prayed for the strength to reach all my goals and in return, I would help people as often as I could. Fast forward 2.5 years and now, with everything I’ve learned, I’ve prepared myself for my very first bodybuilding show. My mission as a trainer, as a coach, is to show there’s literally nothing special about me. Nothing genetic or anything. I’m here to show everyone that as long as you’re consistent and work hard, never giving up that you too could do anything you set your mind to. This is just what I’m good at and everyone needs direction. That’s what I bring to the table. Plans that suit your lifestyle now while tweaking things to get you closer to your goals.

When clients work with me, they develop new habits without knowing it, which helps them to keep their progress long after we have worked together.
