Training by itself is inherently difficult without someone looking out for your best interests. It's very easy to feel diminished or crushed by the vastness of navigating your own fitness journey. Working with me would be more personal approach. In order to get the workout the client needs, their trainer must understand their situation and help work toward their specific goals. I would not only be their trainer but someone they could trust. In the online space, people lose this sense of personal connection. Building not only trust but a responsibly in the client that no free sourced online video could ever match.
A good weightlifting session, with skipping for cardio. However I also like a 100m sprint.
