I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science. I have worked in the fitness industry for 8 years in various roles and have loved every single minute of it!
Through my education and experiences, I know I am able to get my clients to a place where they are making consistent progress. I do this by guiding them to recognize their internal motivation. Most people’s biggest fitness need is accountability, and that just so happens to be my middle name! Using a high care approach and my exercise knowledge base, my clients will feel confident knowing they are working with an exercise professional!
I train to get stronger! I lift weights and work hard to increase my strength with each session.
My go-to snack is apples with peanut butter— perfect mix of fiber and protein!
