I would say work with me because I pride myself on being a movement specialist. Helping each client stay positive down this journey called fitness can be hard. Having a coach that pays attention to each client independently and treat them like family is type of trainer I am. Making sure we are hitting weekly, monthly and years goals are top priority a your trainer.
My go to workout would be a superset day of chest and back with a combination of drop/pyramid sets.
I love a healthy. Protein shake with french toast, eggs and turkey sausage.
