A client should train with me because I will add value into their fitness journey, that cannot be achieved using free information available online nor can I guarantee they would get the same value from another personal trainer. I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and have extensively learned about the ins and outs of fitness, exercise, anatomy, and personal training. I believe that I am able to find how I can add value into a client's life that they can't achieve on their own, given my base of knowledge and expertise. I am also always willing to offer as much encouragement and motivation that is needed for any client. I am able to relate and build rapport with clients very easily, making it quite easy for me to work with anyone and add value to their fitness journey.
My go-to workout is any mix of long-distance running with weight training or pilates!
I love any greeny vegetable, whether it's broccoli, cucumbers, celery, brusselsprouts...I love it!
