I recommend training with someone like myself that actually concerns in growth and development of another person.. Showing up just for the paycheck, I get that, to do so and build character confidence muscle and the mind is far under superfluous or extra. I'm suggesting solo training for times of Fasting. Fasting from TV or the Internet, ( Not food ) Anytime there might be negative influence
Mobility is my go to..... Without Mobility the workouts is improper It's the foundation of fit
