I believe that clients don’t buy programs, but rather they buy trainers. You can have the best, well tailored program to your needs, but it’ll fall short without a strong support system and someone with the emotional intelligence to empathize with the client. I’ve been in the seat of a client and a trainer before and to have someone who will meet you where you are currently only helps the journey have stronger legs. With me, I’ll be walking in tandem with my clients. This will be our journey forward.
My take on "Filthy 50" 50 reps of Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts, Shoulder Press, Pullups for time.
Chicken, turkey, bison, pears, bananas, apples, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, rice, pasta, potatoes.
Cauliflower... maybe?
