As someone who has been both extremely overweight and underweight, I’ve learned how to find a healthy balance with fitness. Now I teach others everything I’ve learned: fitness is not about obtaining the perfect aesthetic, it’s about making you feel like your best and most empowered self. I want to show others what they are truly capable of.
I love the energy of group classes. It always encourages me to push to the next level :)
