They should train with me because I am certified in stretch therapy and am able to create customized stretch routines to best benefit the client to help them reach their goals! Using mobility exercises before the workout will help prevent the client from injuring themselves and performing a stretch routine post workout will help speed up their muscle recovery to decrease soreness as well as increase flexibility.
