I have a background as a dancer and am very experienced with stretching and balance techniques. I have also been strength training for over 2 years and have knowledge of human movement patterns. By assessing clients I can help them identify their weaknesses and strengths and provide exercises to help improve upon weaknesses and maintain strengths. I have knowledge to cater workouts for both home and gym environments.
My go to workout begins with a walking warm up and dynamic stretch, followed by strength exercises!
Some healthy foods I absolutely love are oatmeal, greek yogurt, eggs, turkey, berries, and spinach.
Healthy foods that I dislike are celery, pickles, kombucha, and banana peppers.
