Clients should train with me for many reasons. I have been in the fitness world since I was a kid. In college, I was a track and field athlete. Post-college I played professional American football around the world. I have trained people in many countries and coached. I am an energetic, motivating, and stern coach/trainer that just wants my clients to meet their fullest potential.
My go to would be a mixture of band, dumbbell, and suspension work.Functional strength movements.
I am vegetarian so beans, avocados, and wild rice. I love my raw fruits and veggies also.
I can’t name a food that I hate. I eat for the nutritional value it brings to my body.

During the warm up or cool down I play reggae. During the hard phase of training rap or hip-hop.
Because of my size most people are surprised about me being vegetarian.
